Up north is where we’ll be with the Flying Yankee Restoration Group and a spectacular “Open House” celebration for one and all! Right in the heart of peak folliage season meeting rail fans from all over the country and signing “The Silver Hill Boys and the Secret Railroad Club” It’s an honor donating a portion of the sales of this book to the outstanding F.Y.R.G. The Silver Boys treasured this train in the 1950’s and all of us will be invited to enjoy our own special rides on The Flying Yankee when restoration is complete. “The Silver Hill Boys and the Secret Railroad Club” can be found at Weston Public Library, Weston, MA. (A beautiful building with a kind, knowledgeable, devoted staff. At one time, late 1950’s early 1960’s, this location was dedicated to field hockey. The brick building next to it was Weston High School. My class graduation,1961, took place June 1961 on the lawn in front of the building.
